We in the Winning Walk Family understand the spiritual benefits of the Internet and the tremendous ministry opportunities afforded by its use. We also understand the importance of respecting and protecting your privacy.
INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW IT IS USED Winning Walk collects two types of information when you visit our web site:
1. Personal Information
This is information that you voluntarily supply to us through email or the Winning Walk website. It is information that you provide us for such things as prayer requests, online purchases, and applications to become a Pacesetter or Prayer Intercessor, etc. Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, zip code, birthday, gender, credit card information, and your personal prayer requests.
Personal information provided to us through our online bookstore is not distributed, sold, or shared with anyone outside of the Winning Walk staff. Personal information provided to us through an online prayer request is first reviewed and prayed for by our Winning Walk staff before being posted for public prayer or for prayer by a select group of volunteer prayer intercessors. If the nature of your request is sensitive in nature, we will not post it for public prayer on the website and on some occasions we will even restrict it from our select group of volunteer prayer intercessors. Those requests posted for public prayer will first be edited to remove your last name so that no personal identifying information will be available on the website. Personal information also recieved through an online prayer request may also be used to send to you various resources to encourage you in your area of need.
2. Technical Information
This is information that is exchanged between our computer and yours when visiting our website. This information is anonymous and cannot personally identify you. This type of information includes but is not limited to your IP address, referring URL, type of Web browser, browser display settings, and whether you are a first time visitor or returning visitor to the site. The technical information gathered from those visiting our site allows us to improve the usability of the website and reduce the number of problems that may occur when viewing our site.
